Starting your game
To start your Graaly game, it’s very simple:
You create your account or play anonymously. By creating your account, you will be able to play again on your phone or another one, and keep your results.
You scan the QR code that was provided to start your game. If you don’t have a QR code, you can play the games on the homepage or search for a game.
Frequently asked questions
I can't find the application in Google Play or App Store
Search for the application by its name “graaly”. If the application does not appear or does not allow the installation, it means that your phone is too old or does not have the sensors to run Graaly.
In this case we advise you to try with another phone or tablet. If you still want to play with this phone, you can use Graaly in your web browser at https://app.graaly.com/webapp.
When I scan my QR code, I get the message "QR code not recognized"
If you have a one-time use QR code, and you have already scanned it on another phone or with another Graaly account, it will no longer be recognized. To reactivate it once, contact us at, contact@graaly.com, sending us the QR code that is no longer recognized.
The game is blocked
If the game freezes on your phone, or you can’t scan a QR code, or the augmented reality doesn’t display, you can close the Graaly application (or turn off your phone if you don’t know how to close an application), and start it again. To return to your game, you can go to your profile or scan the QR code again.
